Mobile system of' Hortilux with the most important properties:

Mobile Plant Lighting (MPB) : This is a simple system which gives an high light-/ thermo shot to the plant. One motor rail takes care of the driving of the whole system (minimal faults). Compact rail + compact profile = less light interception!

Mobile Plant Lighting system Hoist able (MPBH): This one is a fairly simple system, giving a high light-/ thermo shot to the plant. The height between light fitting and plant is adjustable. This system has been mainly developed for peppers. Possibility to lower the installation between the crop when the installation is not being used, for example in the summer.

Mobile Kap Lighting (MKB): This is a system that moves through the bay. Light shot depends on the amount of light fittings fitted on the beam.

Short Stroke Lighting (KSB): This is a minimal extra investment for a mobile light system. It gives a higher probability of light hitting deep into the crop. This system seems to become successful for a.o. roses. A light-/ thermo shot is to be created by fitting the whole installation not too high above the crop.

How does Hortilux Schréder make mobile light successful?

Our starting point is based on the assumption that a light/-thermo shot produces special effects on the plant. Latest figures show approximately 15 to 30 % of power is needed to operate our mobile installation compared to the power needed for fixed lighting.
